Hera Therapy is a matching platform that connects clients with independent therapists. The Platform does not provide therapy services directly; it only facilitates the initial contact between client and therapist. Incilay Karahasan is the owner of the platform and they are therapist as well.

2.1 Hera Therapy's role is solely that of an intermediary. The Platform is not responsible for therapy services provided to clients, the therapy process, session content or the therapist's clinical decisions.

2.2 The professional relationship established between the client and therapist after the contact form is submitted exists solely between those two parties. All legal and clinical responsibility arising from that relationship rests with the relevant therapist.
2.3 Hera Therapy, belirli bir terapiste yönlendirme veya belirli bir sürede geri dönüş garantisi vermez.
2.3 Hera Therapy does not guarantee referral to a specific therapist or a response within a specific timeframe.

4.2 Messages submitted through the form will be read by the Hera Therapy team and may be shared anonymously with therapists, to the extent necessary, in order to match you with a suitable therapist.

4.3 The user agrees not to submit any unlawful, misleading, harassing or harmful content.

4.4 The Platform may not be used by individuals under the age of 16. For individuals under 16, their parent or legal guardian must make contact.

5.1 Hera Therapy, danışanlar ile terapistler arasındaki ödeme süreçlerine dahil değildir. Seans ücretleri doğrudan terapist ile danışan arasında belirlenir ve tahsil edilir.
5.1 Hera Therapy is not involved in payment processes between clients and therapists. Session fees are agreed and collected directly between the therapist and client.
5.2 İptal politikaları, iade koşulları ve no-show uygulamaları terapistin belirlediği koşullara tabidir. Hera Therapy bu süreçlerden sorumlu değildir.
5.2 Cancellation policies, refund conditions and no-show arrangements are subject to the therapist's own terms. Hera Therapy is not responsible for these matters.

7.1 Hera Therapy provides the platform "as is". Hera Therapy is not liable for outcomes arising from work with a therapist, the therapeutic process or any loss or damage resulting from the therapist's clinical decisions.
7.2 Hera Therapy'nin sorumluluğu, varsa, yalnızca kendi doğrudan kusurundan doğan zararlarla sınırlıdır.
7.2 Hera Therapy's liability, if any, is limited solely to damages arising from its own direct default.

8.1 If you have a complaint about a therapist referred through Hera Therapy, we recommend contacting the therapist directly in the first instance.

8.2 If resolution cannot be achieved at therapist level, you may write to incilay@heratherapy.org. Hera Therapy may attempt good-faith mediation but has no obligation to resolve complaints.

8.3 Therapists are subject to the ethical complaint procedures of their professional bodies (BACP, UKCP, BPS, etc.). Complaints that cannot be resolved by the therapist or Hera Therapy may be referred to those bodies.

4.1 Your personal data is shared only with the relevant independent therapist for the purpose of assessing your enquiry. Therapists are bound by data protection obligations under their Professional Collaboration Agreement with Hera Therapy.

4.2 Your data will not be sold or transferred to third-party marketers, advertising agencies or unrelated third parties.

5.1 Data submitted via the contact form is retained for a maximum of 12 months after referral to a therapist.

5.2 If a referral does not take place, data will be deleted within 6 months of form submission.
